I set it up in light rain and the olive drab color blended perfectly with the trees. The hexamid shape shed wind better than my square tarp, and the whole thing weighs next to nothing in my pack.

I was shocked how small it packs down—fits in my jacket pocket with room to spare. Set it up in under two minutes on a recent rainy hike, and it kept everything bone dry.

The olive drab color blends into the woods better than I expected, and the whole thing packs down so small it disappears into my pack’s side pocket. Took it out in a light drizzle last weekend and stayed bone dry underneath, which is all I ask from a tarp this light.
