The red rings on the ends make it easy to spot which section goes where, and the shock cord keeps everything snug when assembling. Matches the original 96-inch length perfectly, and the 9 sections fold down just like the factory pole did.

Broke my original in a gust last season, and this replacement fits the hub perfectly. The 96-inch length matches exactly, and the shock cord is taut enough that all 9 sections snap together without any fiddly sagging.

The red rings on the tips made it dead simple to identify which end goes where, even in the dark. All nine sections lined up perfectly when I threaded the shock cord through, and the 96-inch length matched my old setup exactly. Glad I grabbed this as a spare before our next trip.
