Finally got my base weight down enough to justify this thing. Set it up in my backyard first and the softball-sized packed bundle is no joke, and at 5’11” I’ve got plenty of headroom. The door design makes crawling in way easier than I expected for something this minimal.

Pitched it in a steady drizzle last weekend and the doors kept everything dry while I sat cross-legged inside at 5'10". The whole thing disappearing into my pack’s side pocket still makes me grin every time I strap up.

It’s absurd how tiny this thing gets—I stuffed it into my running vest pocket and forgot it was there until camp. The doors open wide enough to watch the stars from my sleeping bag, and at 5'10" I never felt cramped.
