Big Food Bag - Main image

Awesome bag, tough as nails. Highly recommended.

– Dave B., ★★★★★

Our food bags are made from thicker 1.6 oz/sqyd Dyneema® Composite Fabric to stand up to the abuse of bear bagging and to resist abrasion from heavy, pointy food items. The fabric is strong enough to discourage most small rodents but should still be hung out of reach over night. The “Big” size food sack can hold about 3-4 days of food. It will fit into our Arc backpacks horizontally.  If you need more space check out our Large Food Bag or our Bear Bag Kit.

Daniel ★★★★★

Packed for a week in the backcountry and this 1.6 oz/sqyd Dyneema held up perfectly against sharp rocks and tree branches. No punctures or tears after heavy use.

Grace Y. ★★★★★

Dragged this thing through two seasons of rocky Sierra trips and the bottom still looks new, no scuffs or thin spots. The fabric is stiff at first but that's kind of the point when you're hauling 20 pounds of food up a tree.

Charlotte ★★★★★

The 1.6 oz Dyneema fabric is noticeably thicker than my old bag, and it held up perfectly against rough granite on a week-long trip. No punctures or abrasion marks at all.
