Our innovative interchangeable shoulder strap system lets you pick the perfect straps for each adventure, or swap out straps for different sized hikers. Just slide the straps into the pack and clip them secure.

Our harness style Vest Straps feature comfy 3/8" thick padding at the shoulders and layered 3D mesh throughout to help wrap and hug your body. Two adjustable-position sternum straps provide a secure fit when navigating technical terrain or trail running. These straps also include a second webbing attachment that connects near the bottom corners of the pack.

Each side of the strap features an integrated stretchy Lycra water bottle pockets that fits a 1L SmartWater or Body Armor Bottle, or a soft bottle flask, a stow pocket, and a small zippered pocket perfect for storing energy gels or your keys.

All new Zpacks backpacks produced in late 2024 and on are compatible if the straps have clips at the top.

John ★★★★★

I was a bit skeptical about swapping straps mid-hike, but the slide-in clip system made it quick and easy even with cold fingers. It really lets you customize the fit for different days or loads.

George ★★★★★

The slide-in clip system made swapping between my small day pack and a bigger load frame take under a minute. These straps stay put and don't twist, which my old ones always did. Finally, one set fits both my hikes without fuss.

Scarlett ★★★★★

I slid these straps into my pack for the first time and they clicked right in place; swapping them between different loads feels effortless. The clip system is simple and secure, making it easy to adjust for a shorter or taller hiker in seconds.
