Pachallama 2g Carbon-Pin Tent Stakes are the lightest stakes you can get. The carbon shafts are strong enough to punch through firm ground, and the holding power is similar to 6" Titanium Hook stakes at less than half the weight. These are great for low-intensity applications like pinning down a groundsheet or as auxiliary stakes in conjunction with higher holding power Zpacks Carbon Fiber Stakes. The glow-in-the-dark caps make them easy see at night to avoid tripping.

Some minimalists have used these as their only stakes on full thru-hikes, just pin them with rocks, logs, etc in looser soil.
