Zpacks Flight Scissors

Zpacks Flight Scissors are the perfect airplane-safe travel scissors for any adventure. Virtually any backpacking task requiring a knife can be done just as well, if not better, by small, compact travel scissors. These scissors pack down tiny, at a weight that beats even our smallest Pipsqueak Knife. Best of all, small scissors can be carried aboard flights in almost every country, so you don't have to check your bag.

The packed size is just under 2 inches (5 cm) and the blade length is just over 1 inch (2.5 cm) measured from the pivot point. The stainless steel blades stay rust free and are perfect for light-duty backpacking tasks like opening food packaging or mail drop boxes. They are also handy for cutting guy-lines, repair tape, or bandages, or for trimming your nails.
